Order information and list of the "OVERTON Whistle keys and prices"

Below you find the key range of the Overton Whistles. If you want to order whistles just let us know via email. Additional to the listed prices is the actual costs of postage, wherever you are located. This is about € 7 inside Germany and otherwise varies depending on the receiver's country, weight and value of the package.

If you have any questions to the specifications of the whistles, we will be happy to answer your questions via email. Somtimes it can take a few weeks to be able to answer an incoming email, we hope you will understand this. The replying time we take does not affect your overall waiting time for your instrument tough.

If you already have an idea about the specifications of "your" whistle regarding playability or sound, then please let us know via email. When placing your order please give your full name, address and if possible a telephone contact that you can be contacted differently than just by email. You will receive an acknowledging email of your order.

When your whistle/s is about to be made, you will receive information about it and can then change your order concerning your specifications etc. At this time we will ask for information about which way of payment you would like to select, so that this can be handled in time for the completion of the order. You can choose to use bank credit transfer, credit cards whatever is the easiest method for you. Since we do not have a "safe server", we ask for credit card details via a personal phone call, please do not send sensitive information via email.

Every instrument is individually handmade and due to the demand of my instruments there is a waiting list. This can vary depending on the models.

SPECIALS

"Overton MODAL Whistle Keys and prices"

These are newly developed whistles  in cooperation with Steafan Hannigan for the initial idea solely made by Colin Goldie. The Soprano D/C will play like a normal high D with an extra two holes for the Fnat and bottom C played by the thumb and the little finger.

"Soprano D with bottom C"

This is a whistle Colin Goldie makes on request, it plays like a normal high D with an extra hole for the bottom C played by the little finger. This can be helpful for tunes that need the C below bottom D. If there is a special combination of whistle key plus bottom note you are interested in, please ask for availability.

"Soprano D - 10 hole"

This is a whistle Colin Goldie makes on request. The notes that can be played are D, Eb, E, F, F#, G, G#, A, B, C, C#. It can also be made to have a Bb hole rather than a C hole.

If there is a special combination of whistle key plus additional notes you are interested in, please ask for availability, I am always open for experiments.

COLOURED ANODIZED MODELS

Above you see the anodized models. Please click on the image to see it bigger. These whistles are made by Colin Goldie. They are anodized and additionally teflon coated to protect the colour. You can order them in the colours blue, black, green, violet and burgundy. There is also the possibility of a silver coloured one. The prices for these models you find listed below. Regarding  the organising of the anodizing process there are usually 2 dates per year when I can offer these special models. If you like to order these please get on my list for your specific colour and key.

All whistles are supplied with a bag and certificate of authenticity signed by the maker.

Customers inside the EU will be charged prices which include 19% VAT.

OVERTON LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Overton Whistles which are clearly stamped as "Overtons" are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner. This provides for repair or replacement in the case of defective materials or workmanship. Damage caused by abuse or misuse of the instrument is not covered. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications render the limited lifetime warranty void.

Whistles that are returned (with copy of the original invoice) will be either repaired or replaced at my discretion. If your whistle problem is not covered by the warranty, please do contact me anyway as I still may be able to help out in some way.
